Conditions for obtaining the benefit
- A natural person who is responsible for managing the project on an individual basis must carry out the project.
- The project must not take the form of a corporation.
- The exercise of the profession must not require a specific scientific aptitude and must be subject to the supervision of the board or the professional order concerned, in accordance with the relevant regulations.
Place of filing and obtaining
To the acceptance of the finances for which the place of installation of the project falls within its competence.
Required documents
- A printout to be completed in a single copy signed by the project promoter to be withdrawn either directly from the revenue department or online.
- Provide the following documents with the declaration, as applicable:
- A copy of the national identity card or residence card for foreigners.
- The scientific or professional competence required by laws and regulations.
- A title of ownership or lease or any other equivalent document for agricultural projects;
- A nominative list of employees in case the individual promoter uses the employment of employees;
- A copy of the specification signed by the sponsor if the activity is subject to a specification;
- If the activity is subject to prior approval, the documents required by the applicable legislation and regulations must be submitted.
Time limit for obtaining the service
- If the activity is not subject to prior approval: obtained by the individual sponsor within seven (7) days of the filing date of the declaration:
- Membership number of the CNSS.
- Tax number.
- It is the customs code.
- Moreover, if necessary, the certificate of deposit of the declaration of investment.
- If the activity is subject to prior authorization: obtain the individual sponsor within twenty-one (21) days of the filing date of the declaration of:
- The authorization
- Membership number of the CNSS.
- Tax number.
- It is the customs code.
- Moreover, if necessary, the certificate of deposit of the declaration of investment.
