Required documents
- Application for registration on a printout issued by the ATTT.
- The document(s) justifying the legal ownership of the vehicle.
- A leasing agreement bearing the legalized signature of both parties.
- A copy of the vehicle description.
- A copy of the approval report by type.
- A certificate of conformity in the case of a type-approval (issued by the dealer).
- The original of the certificate issued by the Customs services for the registration of the vehicle in a Tunisian series (this certificate is not required for vehicles manufactured or mounted in Tunisia).
- Receipts from the filing of the personal income tax or corporate income tax return, from the lessee and the lessor in respect of the regulations in force.
- Receipt of Duties or Certificate of Exemption.
PS: file to be completed for commercial vehicles, vehicles intended for the transport of persons (greater than 9, including driver), tricycles and motor quadricycles :
- A statement of the unladen weight if this weight is not mentioned on the description sheet or on the acceptance report.

- Application on a printout issued by the ATTT.
- The new leasing contract with the legalized signature of both parties.
- The old registration certificate.
- An identification certificate issued by a technical visit center for less than one month.
- Receipts from the filing of the income tax return of natural persons or corporate taxes, from the lessee and the lessor in accordance with the current regulations.
- A tax release certificate for vehicles subject to this tax.
- A traffic tax receipt (sticker) for tourist and commercial vehicles with a payload not exceeding 2 tons.
- Release of Duties or Certificate of Exemption.
