According to Article 29 of the Management Collective Agreement, the statutory holidays considered as days of unemployment and paid leave are: January 14, March 20, May 1, July 25, Mussel Day, the first and second days of Eid El Fitr, the first and second days of Eid El Idha.
Workers who could not benefit from these holidays by virtue of the service will be entitled to a salary increase of 100%.
Public holidays without pay, if they are not unemployed, are considered normal working days.
