- Application on a printout issued by the ATTT.
- An order of the court or an enforceable title in 2 copies.
- A receipt for payment of duties or a certificate of exemption.

Remarks:
- The objection shall be lifted by order of the court or service, which issued the enforceable title or automatically 6 months after its registration.
- Any objection made after the sale of the vehicle by the debtor shall be considered void.
