1- Change of tenant of a vehicle
Required documents
- Application on a printout issued by the ATTT.
- The new leasing contract with the legalized signature of both parties.
- The old license plate.
- An identification certificate issued by a technical visit centre for less than one month.
- Receipts from the filing of the income tax return of natural persons or corporate taxes, from the lessee and the lessor in accordance with the regulations in force.
- A tax release certificate for vehicles subject to this tax.
- A traffic tax receipt (sticker) for tourist and commercial vehicles with a payload not exceeding 2 tons.
- Receipt of Duties or Certificate of Exemption.
Fees: 25 TND.
2- Request for opposition on the transfer of a vehicle
Required documents
- Application on a printout issued by the ATTT.
- An order of the court or an enforceable title in 2 copies.
- A receipt for payment of duties or a certificate of exemption.
Fees: 30 TND
3- Lifting of opposition on the transfer of a vehicle
Required documents
- Application on a printout issued by the ATTT.
- An order of the court or licensed services having issued the enforceable title or automatically 6 months after its registration.
Fees: 30 TND
Note
- The objection shall be lifted by order of the court or of the service, which issued the enforceable title or automatically 6 months after its registration and shall not be subject to any fee.
- Any objection made after the sale of the vehicle by the debtor shall be considered void.
