Be resident in the area under the territorial jurisdiction of the police or National Guard stations.
Required documents
- Rental contract or certificate of ownership.
- Invoice from STEG or SONEDE.
- Or any other evidence of residence.
- National identity card.
- A tax stamp of 1 TND.
- National identity card of the guardian for minors.
- Birth certificate for minors.
Place of lodging of the file
- Territorially competent police or National Guard station.
